Brough Astronomy [BLAS]
- We are ASTRONOMY
Astronomy for Beginners
No previous experience required !
A series of 10 fortnightly sessions, starting from
the very beginning, took place at our observatory in Brough in 2019. No prev[ous knowledge was assumed, and as always we hoped to provide a friendly environment where visitors could discover the joys of the night sky painlessly! Apart from the cold weather, of course... the observatory is warm but visitors needed to wrap up well when the skies were clear as went ouside at times to do a tour of the stars etc. It can get cold using the telescopes in our two domes as well :-)
