Brough Astronomy [BLAS]

Time-lapse movie taken from Whin Lane from 19:13 to 21:10 on 30/03/13. The comet appears about 45 secs into the movie, faint and just below right of centre. Two minutes after the end of the sequence, just after I packed the gear away, it started to snow!

Imaged in Pickering Park on Saturday 7th July. EOS 550D in movie mode. Celestron EDR 80 with 2x teleconverter.

First display of noctilucent clouds seen from BLAS this year. This time-lapse movie consistes of 193 x 5 second exposures taken one every 15 secs. Sorry about the jerky panning, but I've not quite got the hang of this yet.
