Brough Astronomy [BLAS]

I have been dabbling in astronomy for a few years now. In 2011 I decided it was time to take it a bit more seriously and upgraded to an 8" Skywatcher. Things didn't go quite as planned as I spent a lot of last winter fishing, leaving little time for observing. This year though I am confident that astronomy will take precedence over throwing worms at the sea. I recently joined HERAS and I'm considering BLAS too as it seems to be the place for astrophotography which I am very interested in learning about.
