Brough Astronomy [BLAS]

I am an amateur astronomer and serves on the committee of the Pretoria centre of the Astonomical Society of Southern Africa..

I also love working with my hands and brain. That got me involved in amateur telescope making. I am an instructor at a telescope making class in Johannesburg, South Africa. Apart from teaching people how to make telescopes I love designing, or re-designing parts of telescopes. Somettimes successful, sometimes not, but one day I hope to make the "perfect" telescope--or help someone to do that.
