Discovery Date: 02/01/1786 Instrument: Reflec. Aperture: 18.7" Observation: Visual Identifications: LBN 953 CED 55N Remarks: Horsehead nebula Friday night at Brough, freezing -3*C. Outside with Megrex 72 and Canon RebelXS plus dew heater made by Doug. A life saver. Thanks Doug. 60 x 60 secs. ISO 800. Processed with Nebulosity and Photoshop CS3. A good test for Doug's home made dew heater. Thanks again Doug.

Glad it worked OK. They're a bit crude and perhaps warm up a bit too much tube, but they certainly keep the dew off. Stangely enough I imaged IC434 and NGC2024 on the 13th using my Megrez, but yours knocks spots off mine.
