Pictures taken starting late 2009 and extending through 2011. 2009 starts off with single images and with encouragement from FlamencoPaul I have progressed onto stacking of images in Spring 2010 using DSS to begin with and then moving to IRIS in 2011, the latter being more difficult to use but, in my opinion provides better results with a bit of trial and error. There are examples of what can be achieved in the back garden using a small refractors (Apochromatic (WO Megrez 72FD) and Achromatic (SW SkyTravel 80)), Maksatov Cassegrain 127mm (SkyWatcher) and Maksatov Newtonian 190mm(SkyWatcher). Latterly have added the Equinox 80ED Pro and the Equinox 120ED Pro to the collection. Standalone guider SG-4 through NEQ6 and NEQ5. Meade LX200 ACF 203mm is the 2012 addition to the collection for smaller/brigher stuff. Celestron Advanced VX added in 2013, although it got off to a poor start (it failed after a few weeks) the replacement has been brilliant. QHY5L-II (mono) added Feb 2014 as a second guide camera plus planetary.
